Specimen Requirements

Container/Tube: Plain, red-top tube(s)-Serum gel tube is not acceptable.

Specimen Volume: 1 mL of serum

Collection Instructions: For therapeutic levels, specimen should be drawn 8 hours after last dose.

Note: 1. Indicate time of last dose.

           2. Label specimen appropriately.
